Free, and no account. Bring a resume, a phone photo of a paper one, or no resume at all. Answer questions about your goals, what is in your way, and how ready you feel. You leave with a career report, a resume and a cover letter as Word files and PDF. Every document is checked line by line against what you told us, and the page shows you what the check found.

A free account, and everything you built in the Forge comes with you. Resumes tailored to one job from your own history. A disclosure plan, where record details reach the AI only after you say yes. Interview practice by text or live voice. A job board, an application tracker, and an encrypted vault for your documents.

Crucible

The organization workspace: a caseload, outcomes and funder reporting for the program helping you. It is available to programs by arrangement. What crosses from your workspace to theirs is your decision. No program can see or require your disclosure plan, your interview practice or what is in your vault.

Mini Forge and the offline package

The Mini Forge is seven short questions on a shared or facility device, with a code that brings the plan into a Refinery account. For a device with no network at all, there is an offline tablet package with no AI.

The parts are different. The rules they run on are the same.

NOTHING INVENTED

The rule is nothing invented, a second check enforces it, and you review every line. The check trusts only your own words and a resume you approved. A job posting is never evidence.

YOUR RECORD, YOUR YES

We ask before any detail about your record is sent to the AI. Say no and you still get a useful template, written without the AI seeing anything about your record.

YOU DECIDE WHAT A PROGRAM SEES

If you choose, your program can see how far along you are: never your resume, your plan or your practice. It is off until you turn it on.
