Paste a link and we read the posting. If the site blocks us, we say so and ask you to paste the text. We never make up a posting. Plan when to bring up your record, what to say, and what to say next. Coaching, not legal advice. We ask before any detail about your record is sent to the AI. Say no and you still get a useful template, written without the AI seeing anything about your record. We save the plan so you can come back to it. The answers you type while building it shape the plan and are then let go. It also works for an employment gap or another hurdle you are nervous about. Then practice saying it out loud to a practice partner you choose, as gentle or as tough as you want. Practice is not saved unless you choose to save it.

Practice by text for the job you are going for. After five or six answers, or whenever you end, you get feedback on what landed. Or practice out loud with a live voice interviewer, up to 20 minutes a day. We do not store your audio. We save that you practiced, which frame you practiced, and the feedback. Not your words, unless you choose to save a transcript. A saved transcript is text only and encrypted.

We search several job sources at the same time and merge the results, so one slow or broken source does not end your search. If our job sources are down or over quota, we tell you that, instead of telling you there are no jobs. Listings are refreshed at least every six hours. We rewrite dense postings into plain language without changing the facts of the job. Save jobs to your tracker. Hide an employer and their listings stay out of your results. Before you click Apply we tell you where the link really goes: the employer's own form, a job board that wants a sign-up, or a search redirect.
