For workforce partners

You help people find jobs. We help them get past the resume screen.

Three bell curves shifted progressively to the right

Thanks, out loud

Community makes this possible.

With thanks to Reentry United 2026, our host, and EXPO of Wisconsin, our sponsor.

Steel Man Resumes will be demonstrated live at Reentry United 2026. Support like this helps keep the tools free and moves the work into rooms where it can be challenged, improved, and used.

01 / PARTNERSHIP MODEL

WHAT WE OFFER PARTNERS

Practical infrastructure your staff can use immediately, with a clear path from first assessment to finished application materials.

FREE FORGE ACCESS

The Forge (Career Intelligence Report) is always free. Send your clients through it before their first meeting -- you'll both start with better information.

REFERRAL SUPPORT

When your clients need professional resume help, refer them to us. We understand justice-impacted job seekers, people navigating barriers to employment, and the people ordinary career systems overlook.

PARTNER ACCESS CODES

The Refinery is free for all participants -- resume builder, disclosure planner, interview practice, job board, and resources. Partner access codes unlock expanded daily AI limits for your program's users.

CO-BRANDED MATERIALS

We can provide flyers, one-pagers, and QR codes with your organization's branding for distribution to your clients.

Extended capability

Need marketing support?

Through The Midnight Garden, I also offer marketing and outreach services for workforce organizations. With deep connections to printers, agencies, and marketing professionals across Wisconsin, I can help you reach more job seekers.

Websites, print materials, social campaigns, community outreach -- let's talk about what you need.

Open source / Aug. 15, 2026

The Forge and The Refinery source code goes public under AGPL-3.0 so organizations can inspect it, learn from it, deploy it, and build on it.

02 / EVIDENCE

WHY ORGANIZATIONS TRUST US

The work is grounded, traceable, and built by people who understand the conditions your clients are navigating.

RESEARCH-GROUNDED METHODOLOGY

The Forge is built on 150+ peer-reviewed citations across neuroscience, desistance theory, narrative psychology, and trauma-informed care. Not a resume scanner with a chatbot bolted on.

INSPECTABLE, OPEN TECHNOLOGY

The Forge and The Refinery source code goes public under AGPL-3.0 on August 15, 2026. Partners will be able to inspect the system, understand how it works, and evaluate it without relying on a black box.

CONNECTED TO THE FIELD

Troy is a FICGN Narrative Change Fellow, P2P Scholar (Cohort 49), published researcher, and Reentry United 2026 breakout presenter. The work is shaped in national learning communities and tested in public with practitioners.

BUILT BY LIVED EXPERIENCE

A decade of direct service -- starting at a halfway house as an alum, then working through sober living homes, treatment centers, jails, and prisons across Wisconsin. The founder experienced incarceration and homelessness firsthand. Every design decision reflects that reality.
