Partnership and collaboration

FOR WORKFORCE PARTNERS

You help people find jobs. We help them get past the resume screen.

WHAT WE OFFER PARTNERS

FREE FORGE ACCESS

The Forge (Career Intelligence Report) is always free. Send your clients through it before their first meeting -- you'll both start with better information.

REFERRAL SUPPORT

When your clients need professional resume help, refer them to us. We understand the populations you serve -- justice-impacted candidates, barrier employment, and people the system overlooks.

PARTNER ACCESS CODES

The Refinery is free for all participants -- resume builder, disclosure planner, interview practice, job board, and resources. Partner access codes unlock expanded daily AI limits for your program's users.

CO-BRANDED MATERIALS

We can provide flyers, one-pagers, and QR codes with your organization's branding for distribution to your clients.

NEED MARKETING SUPPORT?

Through The Midnight Garden, I also offer marketing and outreach services for workforce organizations. With deep connections to printers, agencies, and marketing professionals across Wisconsin, I can help you reach more job seekers.

Websites, print materials, social campaigns, community outreach -- let's talk about what you need.

WHY ORGANIZATIONS TRUST US

RESEARCH-GROUNDED METHODOLOGY

The Forge is built on 150+ peer-reviewed citations across neuroscience, desistance theory, narrative psychology, and trauma-informed care. Not a resume scanner with a chatbot bolted on.

AI DECISION LOGGING

Every AI decision in the platform is logged and auditable. Built in partnership with Justice Beacon Solutions, an AI governance organization serving justice systems.

INSTITUTIONAL AFFILIATIONS

Troy is a FICGN Narrative Change Fellow and P2P Scholar (Cohort 49). Published researcher with DOIs on Open Science Framework. This work is connected to national networks, not operating in isolation.

BUILT BY LIVED EXPERIENCE

A decade of direct service -- starting at a halfway house as an alum, then working through sober living homes, treatment centers, jails, and prisons across Wisconsin. The founder experienced incarceration and homelessness firsthand. Every design decision reflects that reality.
